It's a man's world and I happen to have both a man's and a woman's name on my birth certificate.  I relish in that fact.  My name is Rosaline George.  I prefer the Autumn to the rest of the seasons, I feel most myself at Halloween, and I can't take my hand out of a bag of chocolate cookies to save my cat's life.  To get serious, I published a book of poetry in 2006 titled, Afterthoughts of a few Short Twenty-Two Years, through PublishAmerica, now called America Star Books. I have been studying and gradually working to improve my writing ever since.  Recently, my poem, Stream of Consciousness (listed here), was published by Hennen's Observer (www.hennensobserver.com, July 2017).  I live by the wise words of Ernest Hemingway (the sole reason why I use Moleskine journals - it makes you feel special!): "for a true writer each (work) should be a new beginning where he tries again for something that is beyond attainment.” I put everything I know into each piece I work on and - whether it be literary, poetic, artistic, screenwriting or journalistic - I give it my all.  My all means that it is personal and therefore, honest.  You cannot write without telling the truth.  Lies simply won't work.  Even mythology is based on facts.  All scholars and academics alike agree on that certainty.  Truth is what gives words humanity and direction.  Without it, you have no lesson to tell or journey to take a voyage on.  Thank you for stopping by my website!  Explore my portfolio and if you’d like to learn more about my body of work, don’t hesitate to get in touch.  I am a freelancer and whether you need poems written for personal, scholastic or professional use, I will utilize my seriousness about the power of the written word to accomplish the goals you have for your message you would like to portray.  I write in strict rhyme and meter as well as free verse and experimental stylistic poetry.  I am a Psychology major and Biblical Studies minor with an open, philosophical outlook on life.  My writing is respectful to all ideals.  You can find my gigs at www.fiverr.com/psychart33.  I can be contacted at psychart33@aol.com.
